Please select your linen purchase carefully. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or refunded. Please email to request help with an order.
If you would like me to drop everything and embroider your order sooner than the expected ship date, then add this request to your order for a fee of $10. If your order is highly customized, requires special design digitizing, is a large quantity, contains special order linens or thread colors, contains back ordered linens or is otherwise not able to be completed in one day, then I will refund your rush order fee and give you the opportunity to cancel your order.
Please indicate your need by date in the order notes along with all other information necessary to complete your order. If you do not provide me with all of the information necessary to embroider your order, I will contact you to provide the details. If you do not respond within 24 hours of my email request, then I will not honor cancellation of your order or the return of your rush order fee.
Once the complete order is in place, I will embroider and ship. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as shipping days. I cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you require faster delivery as well as order completion, then you will need to select an expedited shipping method. Also, first class shipping in uninsured and Donovan Design is not responsible for replacement. Priority Mail and Fedex Express are examples of expedited shipping that are insured.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

First Class Mail is not insured, therefore, I cannot be responsible for shipment loss or damage. Priority Mail and Fedex is insured. Please contact me ASAP if your order is not delivered when expected or is damaged so that a claim can be started. If a claim is made, please follow up with the necessary documentation for the claim.
