Upgrade shipping from USPS First Class to Fedex Express to expedite expected delivery date and add insurance. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not counted as shipping days. I cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you require faster delivery as well as order completion, then you will need to select an expedited shipping method as well as the Rush Order add on. Also, first class shipping in uninsured and Donovan Design is not responsible for replacement of orders. Priority Mail and Fedex Express are examples of expedited shipping that are insured. If an insured order is lost or damaged a claim will be filed when allowed by the shipper.

Upgraded shipping does not expedite processing and embroidery of your order.

SHIPPING INSURANCE FOR THE POST OFFICE

First Class Mail is not insured, therefore, the carrier and seller cannot be held responsible for shipment loss or damage. Separate insurance can be purchased for any order and can be found in the listings or link from an email to the seller.

If a shipment is deemed lost or damaged after delivery, the carrier may fail to reimburse any or all insurance purchased for that shipment without a signature with delivery, in which case the shipment is handed directly to the recipient or representative.

Custom and personalized orders

Because all orders are customized and linens are ordered specifically for each order I do not accept order cancellations. It is sometimes possible to change an order before it is completed.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED

With some shipping carriers acceptance signatures may be required with delivery of more expensive orders. This is an added precaution to prevent losses. You can add on the purchase of SIGNATURE WITH DELIVERY from the listings for both the post office and Fedex shipping to any order. The seller is not responsible for losses by the carrier. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the level of security for your shipment.

ORDER OF INITIALS IN A MONOGRAM

Most of the 3 letter monograms for ladies handkerchiefs would be in the order of first, last, middle names. Any example where the center letter is larger than the other two would be in that order. Some smaller font styles can be in the order of first, middle, last name initials for a ladies monogram.

Mens 3 letter monograms can be in the order of first, middle, last names or first, last, middle names.

If you do not complete the personalization box then I do not know which letter represents first, middle, and last names, so that I can put the monogram in the correct order.

ORDER COMPLETION TIME AND SHIPPING TRANSIT TIME

It is the buyer’s responsibility to select the shipping carrier of their choice and shipping class allowing a reasonable time frame for delivery with consideration of the time for processing.

Any estimated ship by date is an automated message and does not apply to any specific order because there is such a wide range of items, quantity and designs which are all hand made and take varying times to complete.

If you have questions about the potential completion time of an order please contact the seller directly by email before you place an order.

The seller is not responsible for damage or losses by the shipping carrier. All items shipped are non breakable and shipped in carrier’s own packaging for Fedex Express and Priority Mail.

SHIPPING CHOICE

It is the responsibility of the buyer to select the shipping of their choice considering any and all factors in addition to need by date, destination, preference, security, and others.

Additional security choices such as insurance and signature with delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer. It is not the responsibility of the seller to suggest or recommend these additional shipping options. The buyer is solely aware of the security measures they deem important or necessary to the shipping address and it is assumed that the buyer has previous experience shipping or receiving shipments.

Once an order is received by the shipper it is no longer within the control or responsibility of the seller.

Priority Mail and Fedex are insured. Separate insurance can be purchased for any order and can be found in the listings or link from an email to the seller.

In addition, signature with delivery can be purchased at the buyers request or automatically with Fedex shipments with $500 value or greater.

Please contact the seller ASAP if your order is not delivered when expected or is damaged so that a claim can be started. If a claim is made, please follow up with the necessary documentation for the claim.
A replacement order may not be shipped with failure to do so.

NO DELIVERY DATE GUARANTEE

The shipping classes offered do not have guaranteed delivery dates with the carriers. The seller does not guarantee a ship by date or a delivery date.
